Support MYSO

Giving Opportunities

A goal of the Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra is to provide musical training of the highest quality and at an affordable cost for Will County and the surrounding communities. To this end, MYSO is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization which has been granted charitable status by the State of Illinois and the US Department of the Treasury.

The ticket sales and membership fees paid by our students cover only about one half of the cost of our program, with the balance being made up from other sources including fundraising, grants and donations. MYSO welcomes the financial support of corporations and individuals who share our commitment who excellence and understanding of the important role that music can play in the intellectual and social development of our young people.

No matter how much you choose to give, you will enjoy many benefits from your tax-deductible contributions to MYSO, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and know you have contributed to the vitality of the youth and the rich culture life of our community.
